Sand and desert landscapes will be the main feature in the Winter 2021, an edition that promises strong doses of adventure and that will be held from December 3 to 11.

We will enjoy a unique experience right from the very first stage where, after a journey taking us deep into Morocco, we will find an exclusive bivouac worthy of a tale of One thousand and one nights. It will be familiar to those of you who have participated in the latest editions of the Maroc Challenge, a magical place where you can meet up at the fireside, dine under the stars, strengthen the bonds of friendship and where just about everyone gets to share tales of their adventures.

The sand will be one of the predominant aspects of this edition, so coming well prepared for it will be a great help. The level of difficulty will be tailored to each category, but from the second stage onwards Raid and Adventure TT participants, in different measures, will be up against the main Ergs of southern Morocco: the spectacular Erg Chebbi, the incredible Ouzina Sea of Dunes and the imposing Erg Chigaga.

Two of the stages will cross areas totally new to the Maroc Challenge, which is always in search of new places and challenges for our veteran participants.

After the hiatus of the pandemic, we are working hard to make it a very special, unique and particular edition.

From the newcomers to the veterans, from those who compete in Raid class to those who take on the challenge in a 4×2 car, we are absolutely committed to providing an unforgettable experience: the adventure of a lifetime.
