IMPORTANT: Registration for participation in this Raid, is VAT exempt by application of articles 69 and 70 of Spanish VAT Law 37/1992, provided that the recipient of the invoice is a PRIVATE INDIVIDUAL.
In the event that the invoice is requested for a commercial entity (company) or autonomous in Spain, all services will be SUBJECT to VAT and the total amount of the reservation, will be increased by 21%.
In the event that the invoice is issued to a company in a Community country, it will be exempt from VAT due to the application of intra-community VAT regulations ( applicable to all businesses who are registered for this ).

- Organization and communication of the event.
- Trophies by category and souvenir of the event.
Registration does NOT include:
- Return ferry.
- Classification and safety systems (STELLA III).
- Medical repatriation insurance.
- Fuel, tolls and personal expenses.
- Anything that is not mentioned under “includes”.

Every team is considered pre-registered the moment they present the registration form, but definitive registration occurs the moment the fees are settled.
The organization reserves the right to annul any registrations not paid for within the stipulated timetable.
Cancellation policy included in the registration
In the event of cancellation at any moment, even after registrations are closed, your registration is valid for another edition of the Maroc Challenge or is transferable to another team with no added costs.
Reimbursement of registration fees
- Cancellations before 31/05/2019 will incur processing fees of 120€
- Cancellation before 31/07/2019 will incur processing costs of 70% of inscription fees
- Cancellation before 30/09/2019 will incur processing costs of 85% of inscription fees
- Cancellations after 01/10/2019 will not be reimbursed.
